可膨胀石墨原料对柔性石墨带材电阻率的影响
Influence of Expandable Graphite Raw Materials on Resistivity of Flexible Graphite Strip
【摘要】 石墨基柔性接地带是一种新型非金属导电材料,材料自身导电性好,耐高、低温,耐酸碱腐蚀,耐大冲击电流,材料性质稳定。石墨基柔性接地带用于输电线路接地装置是柔性石墨材料应用的新进展,其主要性能要求是导电性。目前,我国新型石墨基柔性接地带由柔性石墨线编织而成,石墨线由可膨胀石墨经高温膨化后压轧得到柔性石墨带材再与玻璃纤维复合经捻制而成。石墨带材的电阻率直接影响新型石墨基柔性接地带的电气性能,如何降低石墨带材的电阻率从而提高新型石墨基柔性接地体的电气性能是我们研究的主要目的。
【Abstract】 Graphite-based flexible grounding strip is a new type of non-metallic conductive material.The material itself has good conductivity,high and low temperature resistance,acid and alkali resistance,high inrush current resistance,and stable material properties.The use of graphite-based flexible grounding straps for transmission line grounding devices is a new development in the application of flexible graphite materials.Its main performance requirement is electrical conductivity.At present,China’s new type of graphite-based flexible grounding tape is woven from flexible graphite wire.Graphite wire is made by exfoliating graphite after high temperature expansion and rolling to obtain flexible graphite tape and then compounded with glass fiber through twisting.The electrical resistivity of the graphite strip directly affects the electrical properties of the new graphite-based flexible grounding strip.How to reduce the electrical resistivity of the graphite strip to improve the electrical performance of the new graphite-based flexible grounding body is the main objective of our research.
