【摘要】 图书馆员的创新动机是促使其把个人内部创造力转化为实际服务工作状态的动力。利用工作倾向问卷调查四川大学图书馆馆员的创新动机。研究结果显示馆员创新动机水平中等偏弱;馆员外部动机高于内部动机;女性馆员创新动机高于男性馆员;性别对外部动机的影响显著;41-45岁馆员创新动机水平最高,但与其他年龄段水平差异不显著;工龄对动机影响不显著;非专业技术职称的馆员社会性创新动机最高,尤与中级、副高职称馆员差异显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 Librarians’ creative motivation is the source to promote them to transform the individual’s internal creativity to the practical services state. The work tendency questionnaire is adopted to investigate the creative motivation of the librarians in Sichuan University. The results reveal that the motivation level of librarians is bellow the intermediate level,the extrinsic motivation is higher than the intrinsic motivation,the motivation of female librarians is higher than that of male librarians,the influence of gender on extrinsic motives is significant,librarians whose age from 41 to 45 show the strongest creative motivation but the difference is not significant,there is no significant effects of the working years on motives,the librarians with non-professional titles are most driven by the outward factors,especially significant difference between the intermediate title librarians and the subtropical high title librarians.更多还原
