【摘要】 目的探讨乳腺癌患者患侧上肢置入PICC导管对生活质量的影响。方法随机选取术前患侧置入PICC的患者28例作为实验组,选取术后健侧PICC置管患者30例作为对照组,两组分别于末次化疗采用QLQ-C30量表进行生活质量评定。结果两组患者QLQ-C30量表在躯体功能、情绪功能、总体健康评分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论患侧置入PICC导管能一定程度提高乳腺癌患者PICC带管期间的生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: Exploring study of Breast cancer patients’ quality of life affected by remaining PICC in the affected side. Methods: randomly select 28 Breast cancer patients that remaining PICC in the affected side before surgery,30 Breast cancer patients selected that remaining PICC in the proximal side after surgery,to assess the quality of life of the two groups by QLQ-C30-scale at last dose of chemotherapy time. Result: Difference between the two groups on physical function、emotional function and global quality of life has statistical significance( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: Remaining PICC in the affected side can improve the Breast cancer patients’ quality of life during PICC intubation to a certain extent.更多还原
