【摘要】 目的探讨虹膜拉钩对晶状体半脱位白内障超声乳化手术辅助作用的效果。方法回顾性分析我院自2016年4月至2018年4月入院治疗的晶状体半脱位白内障患者16例16眼,行白内障超声乳化手术,观察手术效果。结果术后人工晶体位置稳定无玻璃体视网膜并发症发生,取得良好的手术效果。结论术中持续虹膜拉钩对晶体半脱位白内障超声乳化手术有良好的辅助作用,可提高手术的安全性,减少手术并发症,可作为晶状体半脱位白内障手术过程中有效的辅助方式。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the effect of iris hook on phacoemulsification of cataract with lens subluxation.Methods: A retrospective study was done to analysis of 16 hospitalized patients( 16 eyes) with cataract and lens subluxation from April 2016 to April 2018. Results: The positions of intraocular lens were stable after surgery,No vitreoretinal complications occurred. Good results were obtained. Conclusion: Intraoperative continuous iris hook has a good auxiliary effect on phacoemulsification of cataract with lens subluxation,which can improve the safety of operation and reduce the complications of operation,and can be used as an effective auxiliary method in cataract surgery.更多还原
