【摘要】 目的探讨应用CAD/CAM氧化锆一体桩核修复上前牙唇向倾斜、深覆盖的效果。方法选取48例72颗上前牙因唇向倾斜,伴有深覆盖来我院的患者作为研究对象,分别用CAD/CAM氧化锆一体桩核、上遮色瓷铸造钴铬合金桩核修复,通过改变桩核方向,改变牙冠排列,从而改善覆盖,提高修复后的美学效果。结果修复后2年,前牙深覆盖得到较好改善,牙根及桩稳固,牙冠与周围的牙协调,且边缘适合性好,钴铬合金组1例牙龈唇侧轻度炎症,其它牙龈健康。CAD/CAM氧化锆组修复效果较好,患者更满意。结论 CAD/CAM氧化锆一体桩核修复能较好改善上前牙唇向错位导致深覆盖,美学效果好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the effect of CAD/CAM 1-piece zirconia post and core in the restoration of maxillary anterior teeth with labial inclination and deep coverage. Methods: Forty-eight patients with 72 labial inclination and deep coverage of maxillary anterior teeth were aesthetically restored in our hospital as subjects of study. They were restored with 1-piece zirconia post and core and casted cobalt-chromium alloy post core which cores coved porcelain respectively. By changing the direction of the post and core,the arrangement of crowns were changed,thereby improving the coverage and the aesthetic effect after restoration. Results: Two years after the restoration,the deep coverage of the maxillary anterior teeth were improved. The teeth roots and posts were firm,crowns coordinated with the adjacent teeth,and marginal fitness were good. Mild gingivitis was found in one case in the cobalt-chromium alloy group. Other gums were healthy. Patients were more satisfied with the CAD/CAM zirconia group. Conclusion: CAD/CAM 1-piece zirconia post and core can better improve labial inclination and deep coverage of maxillary anterior teeth,which leads to deep coverage with good aesthetic effect.更多还原
