【摘要】 目的探究泰安市某高校大学生复发性口腔溃疡(recurrent oral ulcer,ROU)流行现状及影响因素。方法采用整群抽样的方法选取泰安市某高校991名在校大学生为研究对象进行口腔健康状况检查,利用自制的影响因素调查表进行问卷调查。结果参与调查的大学生ROU患病率为48.2%,不同性别、体育锻炼情况,食用果蔬、方便面、食麻辣烫频率,不同情绪状态,便秘和ROU家族史组间存在差异且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多因素分析显示,食用方便面和ROU家族史是ROU的危险因素,食用果蔬和进行体育锻炼是其保护性因素。结论该校大学生ROU流行较严重,且与饮食、运动等因素有关,应采取积极的措施改善其口腔健康状况。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the recent epidemic situation of recurrent oral ulcer( ROU) in a university in Taian. Methods: 991 students from the university in Taian were selected to be a sample by using a cluster sampling method,Self-made scale was used to investigate factors influencing the ROU. Results: The prevalence rate( PR) of all students was48. 2%. The PR was discrepant between different gender,exercise,eating fruit and vegetable,eating instant noodles,eating hotpot,psychological factors,constipation,and family history( P < 0. 05). Elements of multifactor analyses show that eating instant noodles and family history may engender disease. Exercise,eating fruits and vegetables may be the protection factors. Conclusion: There was a serious problem in this university of ROU,the PR was more positive measures should be adopted to improve the oral health of students in university.更多还原
