【摘要】 目前,高校图书馆对读者用户数据的保护尚处于不完善状态,借鉴操作性强、内容广泛的GDPR探讨读者数据保护具有重要意义。结合用户数据特征,高校图书馆可以从用户数据保护原则、数据主体权利、数据处理者/控制者义务三个方面,参考GDPR分析其对图书馆工作的影响。基于此,高校图书馆应当从树立读者数据保护理念、采取科学的用户数据保护策略、促进行业规范或法律规范发展等方面开展用户数据保护工作。更多还原

【Abstract】 Recently,the protection of user data in university libraries is still in an imperfect state. So it is of great significance to explore the protection of user data by drawing on the GDPR which is highly operational and extensive in content. Combining with characteristics of user data,university library could refer to the relevant content of GDPR from three aspects and analyze the influences of GDPR on university library work. The three aspects include user data protection principles,data subject rights,and data processor/controller obligations. Also,based on it,university libraries can carry out user data protection from these aspects: establish the concept of user data protection,adopt scientific user data protection strategies,and promote the development of industry norms or legal norms.更多还原
