【摘要】 海量数据的挖掘已成为企业提高信息化管理与企业服务质量、解决信息不对称问题、促进企业发展的重要途径。跨境物流在运营过程中会产生大量的信息,挖掘这些物流信息,将其应用到跨境电商管理决策方面,促进跨境电商的发展。跨境物流的过程中涉及到各种信息,针对物流信息的动态特征,在动态聚类方法的基础上,建立了基于动态聚类的跨境电子商务物流信息匹配的框架。研究表明,基于跨境物流过程中的信息匹配,在提高跨境电商的效率、节约成本、保证客户体验等方面有显著的效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Cross-border logistics will produce large amount of information during a long period of operation. It is important to make use of these information to serve the operation of the enterprise,to improve efficiency,and promote the development of cross-border e-commerce. Based on different information requirement,a cross-border e-commerce logistic information matching framework based on dynamic clustering is presented through analyzing the process of cross-border logistic and the information thereof,and extracting the dynamic characteristics of logistics information,which effeitively realizes the information matching during the transmission of logistics information. Studies have shown that it has a significant effect on improving the efficiency of cross-border e-commerce, saving cost, ensuring customer experience,etc.更多还原
