【Abstract】 Copyright management of university library has its unique connotation in the Internet environment. It has the characteristics of diverse objects, complicated behavior and high legal risk. According to the practice of university library, the content of university library copyright management includes subject management, purchasing management and using management. In practice, university library should take into account the individual management and overall management, resource utilization and legal risk, process management and effect management, management system and management activities.
