【摘要】 网络经济是一种报酬递增经济,追求效率红利和成本红利成了高校利益相关者共同关注的焦点。为减小高校边际收益风险影响,文章提出通过整合资源、融合内部服务模式,建立具有统一性、兼容性、高效的高校教育平台,通过内部激励和外部引导消除网络负外部性导致的效率损失,以满足政府、市场需求和实现社会文明为教育目标,使高校信息服务用户的期望值进一步得到满足,促进高校教育认同。更多还原

【Abstract】 Network economy is a kind of increasing economic return, the pursuit of efficiency bonuses and cost dividend became common stakeholders in colleges and universities the focus of attention.
