春季解冻过程对长白山森林土壤颗粒有机碳构成的影响
Effects of Thawing Process on the Composition of Particulate Organic Carbon in Forest Soils in Changbai Mountain
【摘要】 采用原位培养法研究了长白山区5种林型(长白松林、蒙古栎林、次生白桦林、红松阔叶林和硬阔叶林)土壤有机碳及其颗粒组分随春季解冻过程变化的时空特征。结果表明,在春季解冻期各个阶段内,5种林型的0~20 cm土层土壤粗颗粒组分比例显著高于细颗粒组分比例,土壤解冻的初期至中期阶段,所有5种林型土壤的上层粗颗粒组分和下层细颗粒组分比例变化较小,而解冻后期,上层土壤粗颗粒的组分比例明显下降,而下层细颗粒组分比例明显上升;5种林型土壤粗、细颗粒有机碳含量存在明显的空间分布特征,上层土壤的粗、细颗粒有机碳含量均显著高于下层土壤。硬阔叶林、红松阔叶林、次生白桦林和蒙古栎林4种林型土壤上层、下层中的粗颗粒有机碳在解冻的各个时期含量接近,无显著性差异,细颗粒有机碳含量具有相同的规律,而长白松林地土壤粗、细颗粒有机碳含量均显著低于其他4种林型土壤。
【Abstract】 In this paper, the temporal and spatial characteristics of soil organic carbon and its particulate fractions were studied with in-situ culture during spring thawing process in five forest types(Pinus sylvestriformis forest,Quercus mongolica forest, Secondary birch forest, Korean pine broad-leaved forest and hardwood broad-leafed forest)of Changbai Mountain. The results showed that the proportion of coarse particles was significantly higher than that of the fine particles in 0-20 cm soil layer of the five forest types in each thawing period. From the early stage to the middle stage of soil thawing, the proportion of coarse particles in the upper layer and that of fine particles in the lower layer of all five forest types changed little. In the late thawing stage, the proportion of coarse particles in the upper soil layer decreased obviously, and the proportion of fine particles in the lower soil layer increased significantly. The contents of coarse and fine particulate organic carbon in the upper soil layer were significantly higher than those in the lower soil layer and were similar among four forest types(Quercus mongolica forest, Secondary birch forest, Korean pine broad-leaved forest and Hardwood broad-leafed forest) in the whole period of thawing. The content of coarse and fine particulate organic carbon was significantly lower in the soil of Pinus sylvestriformis than in that of the other four forest types.
