凝析油生产高附加值溶剂油工艺模拟及评价

【摘要】 对顺北及雅末凝析油进行了物性分析,结果表明该凝析油具有高含硫、油质轻、实沸点低等特点,是一种优质的凝析油资源。根据凝析油物性及当地市场需求,设计了一套以常压精馏技术为主的工艺分离路线,其产品包括芳构化原料、6#溶剂油、橡胶溶剂油、油漆溶剂油和重油,并对该方案进行了简要的经济估算。

【Abstract】 The physical properties of the gas condensates from Shunbei and Yamo are analyzed. The results show that the condensates are characterized by high sulfur content, light oil components and low real boiling point, implying that they are highquality condensate resources. According to the physical properties of the condensates and local market requirements, a separation thechnology based on atmospheric distillation is designed to obtain the products such as aromatic compounds, 6# solvent naphtha,rubber solvent oil, paint solvent and heavy oil, and is further economically evaluated.
