【摘要】 目的探讨终末期糖尿病肾病血液透析的临床特点及护理。方法收集该院2017年3月—2018年2月收治的90例终末期糖尿病肾病血液透析患者,随机将患者分组,对照组予基本护理,干预组予整体化护理干预。比较结果。结果干预组满意率、不良的心理因子以及肾功能、生存评分、终末期糖尿病肾病认知水平、血液透析知识以及配合要点认知水平、血液透析代谢紊乱等并发症的发生率方面相较于对照组更好(P<0.05)。结论终末期糖尿病肾病血液透析者实施整体化护理干预效果好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics and nursing of hemodialysis in end-stage diabetic nephropathy. Methods 90 patients with end-stage diabetic nephropathy hemodialysis were enrolled in our hospital from March 2017 to February 2018. The patients were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was given basic nursing care and the intervention group was given integrated nursing intervention, comparing results. Results The satisfaction rate of the intervention group, the adverse psychological factors, and the incidence of complications such as renal function,survival score, end-stage diabetic nephropathy, hemodialysis knowledge, cognitive level, and hemodialysis metabolic disorder were compared. The control group was better(P <0.05). Conclusion Hemodialysis patients with end-stage diabetic nephropathy have a good effect on integrated nursing intervention.更多还原
