【摘要】 目的研究分析小儿糖尿病患者接受普通护理和整体护理的效果差异性,为小儿护理通过指导依据。方法2015年1—12月该院对小儿糖尿病患者100例开展分析研究,将患儿分成了对照组和实验组,对照组使用基础例,实验组使用整体护理,对两组的临床护理情况进行对比分析。结果实验组患儿的空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖和糖化血红蛋白水平均要比对照组低。实验组患儿的血糖控制比较理想,没有明显的波动情况出现,实验组患儿共有3例出现了血糖大幅度的波动。并且,患者出院时的身体情况对比显示,实验组的康复率是98%;对照组的康复率8%。所以,对比两项指标,在条件允许的状况下,应该选择整体护理方式,能够让患儿的身体状态比较好。结论整体护理对小儿糖尿病患者的临床护理效果要好,患儿的身体机具有保障。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the differences in the effects of general nursing and holistic nursing care for children with diabetes, and to guide the pediatric nursing. Methods From January 2015 to December 2015, 100 cases of pediatric diabetes patients were analyzed in the hospital. The children were divided into the control group and the experimental group.The control group used the basic case. The experimental group used holistic nursing. Comparative analysis of clinical nursing conditions. Results Fasting blood glucose, 2-hour postprandial blood glucose, and glycated hemoglobin levels were lower in the experimental group than in the control group. The blood glucose control of the children in the experimental group was ideal, and no obvious fluctuations occurred. In the experimental group, 3 patients had large fluctuations in blood glucose.
