【摘要】 目的观察乙型肝炎肝硬化合并肝源性糖尿病患者接受恩替卡韦治疗的疗效。方法以2016年3月—2018年1月在该院接受治疗的乙型肝炎肝硬化合并肝源性糖尿病患者(60例)为研究对象,采用随机分配的方法将其氛围研究组(n=30例)与对照组(n=30例),所有患者均接受常规治疗,对照组在常规治疗基础上添加阿德福韦酯,研究组在常规治疗的同时增加恩替卡韦进行治疗,对比两组治疗前、治疗后肝功能指标、血糖等情况。结果研究组与对照组治疗前肝功能指标、血糖及糖化血红蛋白水平不存在明显差异。通过相应的治疗,研究组与对照组血糖、糖化血红蛋白存在明显差异,且研究组肝功能指标改善效果优于对照,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论乙型肝炎肝硬化合并肝源性糖尿病患者给予恩替卡韦治疗,不仅促进患者肝功能恢复,也可以有效控制血糖,获得良好的治疗效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the curative effect of entecavir in treatment of hepatitis B liver cirrhosis combined with hepatic diabetes. Methods 60 cases of patients with hepatitis B liver cirrhosis combined with hepatic diabetes treated in our hospital from March 2016 to January 2018 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 30 cases in each, all patients received the routine therapy, the control group added the adefovir dipivoxil on the basis of routine therapy, while the research group added the entecavir for treatment on the basis of the routine therapy, and the liver function indicators,and blood glucose before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results There were no obvious differences in the liver function indicators and blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin levels between the two groups, and there were obvious differences in the blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin levels between the two groups, after the corresponding therapy, and the improvement effect of liver function indicators in the research group were better than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The entecavir in treatment of hepatitis B liver cirrhosis combined with hepatic diabetes can not only promote the liver function recovery but also effectively control the blood glucose, and it can obtain a good treatment effect.更多还原
