清扫式红枣收获机Ⅴ型布置清扫辊刷支撑架的设计与有限元分析

【摘要】 为了实现新疆矮化密植枣园红枣的机械化采收,设计出一种基于落地果清扫收获原理的清扫式红枣收获机。介绍了红枣收获机的整机结构及工作原理,并对关键部件Ⅴ型布置清扫辊刷支撑件进行单独设计和理论分析。运用ANSYS Workbench对Ⅴ型布置清扫辊刷支撑架进行有限元结构静力学和结构动力学分析,并进行相应的改进。有限元分析结果表明:改进后的Ⅴ型布置清扫辊刷支撑架的最大总变形和等效应力分别为6.935 mm和199.2 MPa,相比改进之前最大变形和等效应力均有大幅度减小,改进设计合理;Ⅴ型布置清扫辊刷支撑架的前三阶固有频率分别为7.7212 Hz、9.1361 Hz和17.441 Hz,与机具自激振动频率存在明显差异,即Ⅴ型布置清扫辊刷支撑架在工作时不存在共振现象,进一步表明改进设计合理。该研究可为清扫式落地果收获机械的设计与改进提供参考。

【Abstract】 In order to realize the mechanized harvest of jujube in Xinjiang with dwarfing planting pattern,a jujube harvesting machine based on the principles of fruit clearing harvesting was designed. The whole structure and working principle of the jujube harvester was introduced,and makes a separate design and theoretical analysis of the key part of Ⅴ-type cleaning roller brush support structure were carried out in this paper. Finite element statics and structural dynamics analysis of Ⅴ-type cleaning roller brush structure were analyzed by using ANSYS Workbench,and the corresponding improvements were made. The results of finite element analysis showed that the maximum total deformation and equivalent stress of the improved Ⅴ-type cleaning roller brush structure were 6. 935 mm and199. 2 MPa,respectively,comparison with the maximum deformation and equivalent stress before improvement,the improved design was reasonable; the first three natural frequencies of Ⅴ-type cleaning roller brush support structure were 7. 721 2 Hz,9. 136 1 Hz and 17. 441 Hz,respectively,which were significantly different from self-excited vibration frequency of the machine and tools. That is to say,there was no resonance phenomenon when Ⅴ-type cleaning roller brush support structure was working,which further indicated that the improved design was reasonable. This study would provide reference for the design and improvement of cleaning fruit harvesting machinery.
