粉煤灰在功能涂料中应用研究进展

【摘要】 粉煤灰在涂料中的应用研究主要集中在对其成分的利用和充当填料的方法。对其成分的利用主要是用来制备地聚物涂料和复合陶瓷涂料等;利用其理化性能直接在涂料中充当填料时可用于铸造涂层、保温隔热涂层和防火涂料等方面;粉煤灰功能涂料需要对粉煤灰先进行表面处理再包覆或负载得到功能化的填料,添加到各类树脂中可得到粉煤灰基疏水涂料、光催化涂料、自动调节湿度涂料、甲醛捕捉涂料等功能涂料,功能化后的粉煤灰在各类涂层中的应用具有更高的附加值。

【Abstract】 The application of flyash in coating is mainly focused on the utilization of its components and the way of stuffing. The utilization of its components is mainly applied to prepare the geopolymer coating and composite ceramic coating. The flyash can be acted as a filler for casting coating,thermal insulation coating and fire retardant coating,etc. The functional filler based on flyash is surface modified first,then is added to the various types of resins to form the functional coatings including hydrophobic coating,photocatalysis coating,humidity-controlling coating and formaldehyde-capturing coatings,etc. The modified flyash can be used more widely in various kinds of high value-added coatings.
