益肺平喘汤对COPD稳定期患者血清IL-8、TNF-α及肺功能的影响
Clinical Study on Effects of Yifei Pingchuan Tang(益肺平喘汤) on Serum IL-8 TNF-α and Pulmonary Function of COPD Patients at Stationary Phase
【摘要】 目的:观察益肺平喘汤对COPD稳定期患者血清IL-8、TNF-α的影响及肺功能(FEV1、FEV1%)的改善。方法:80例患者随机分成两组,观察组40例,对照组40例。对照组行常规西医治疗,观察组在常规组的基础上加用益肺平喘汤治疗。两组治疗疗程均为12周,观察并分析两组患者治疗后血清IL-8、TNF-α水平及肺功能,从而评估治疗效果。结果:中医证候评分结果对照组有效率85.0%明显低于观察组97.5%(P<0.05);治疗后对照组与观察组血清IL-8、TNF-α均低于治疗前,且治疗后观察组IL-8、TNF-α水平明显低于对照组(P均<0.05);观察组治疗后FEV1%、FEV1/FVC明显高于治疗前,且观察组FEV1%、FEV1/FVC治疗后高于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论:益肺平喘汤对COPD稳定期有着显著的疗效,能够降低COPD患者血清IL-8、TNF-α水平,改善患者肺功能(FEV1、FEV1%)具有良好的效果,值得进一步研究开发。
【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the effects of Yifei Pingchuan Tang on serum IL-8,TNF-αlevels and pulmonary function of COPD patients at stationary phase.Methods:80 Cases of COPD stationary phase were randomly divided into two groups with each 40 cases,control group was treated with conventional therapy,observation group was treated with Yifei Pingchuan Tang on the basis of conventional therapy,they were treated for 12 weeks,then evaluated the curative effect of syndrome,observed the changes of serum IL-8,TNF-αlevels and improvement of pulmonary function before and after treatment.Results:The total effective rate of observation group was 97.5%,that was significantly higher than that of control group,that was 85.0%.Serum IL-8 and TNF-α levels of the two groups were reduced after treatment,there were statistical differences between before and after treatment( P < 0.05),the levels of observation group were lower than those of control group( P <0.05).The pulmonary function of patient in observation group was improved significantly,the improvement was more obvious than that of control group( P < 0.05).Conclusion:Yifei Pingchuan Tang can decrease serum IL-8,TNF-α levels of COPD patients at stationary phase and improve pulmonary function.
