麝香酮对急性脑缺血大鼠缝隙联结蛋白Pannexin1表达的影响

【摘要】 目的:探讨麝香酮对急性脑缺血大鼠缝隙联结蛋白Pannexin1表达的影响。方法:将SD大鼠分为假手术组、缺血模型组和麝香酮药物组,分别采用神经功能缺损评分、TTC染色和HE染色评估脑损害程度,Western blot检测脑组织Pannexin1蛋白表达水平。结果:与假手术组比较,模型组大鼠神经功能评分下降并出现明显梗塞,麝香酮药物组神经功能评分下降,梗塞减轻,HE染色示海马区缺血减轻。缺血组Pannexin1蛋白表达升高,麝香酮药物组可下调表达。结论:麝香酮减轻急性脑缺血损伤可能与下调脑缺血后Pannexin1蛋白表达有关。

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the effect of Muscone on Pannexin1 expression in brain tissue of rats with acute cerebral ischemia. Methods: SD rats were randomly divided into sham group,middle cerebral artery occlusion( MCAO) group and Muscone group. The neurological function,TTC staining and HE straining were used to evaluate the brain damage,Western blot was used to evaluate the expression of Pannexin1. Results: Neurological function score was improved in Muscone group,infarct damage was alleviated and Pannexin1 expression in brain tissues of MCAO rats was reduced. Conclusion: The effect of Muscone on acute cerebral ischemia was related to inhibit Pannexin1 expression.
