【摘要】 目的:观察益肾宁心方对帕金森病(PD)患者睡眠障碍及白介素-2(IL-2)表达的影响。方法:将符合入组条件的50例患者按1∶1比例随机分至观察组和对照组,各25例;观察组予以口服多巴丝肼片+益肾宁心方;对照组给予口服多巴丝肼片+中药安慰剂,两组疗程均为12周。分别在0、4、8、12周对PDSS、UPDRS、NMSS进行评定,并ELISA检测血清IL-2水平。结果:两组基线资料无显著性差异(P>0.05)。随治疗时间延长,两组PDSS评分逐渐升高,在治疗后8、12周均高于治疗前(P<0.05),且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗4、8、12周后,观察组UPDRS积分均较治疗前有所下降(P<0.05);治疗12周后,观察组UPDRS积分低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗12周后,观察组NMSS与治疗前及对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。随着治疗时间延长,两组患者血清IL-2水平逐渐降低,在各时间点与治疗前相比均有统计学差异(P<0.05),治疗后12周,观察组血清IL-2水平均低于对照组,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:益肾宁心方可提高帕金森病患者的总体疗效,改善睡眠障碍等非运动症状,其机制可能是下调白介素-2表达而发挥抗炎作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the effects of Yishen Ningxin Fang on sleep disorders and blood interleukin-2( IL-2) expression of Parkinson’s disease( PD) patients. Methods: 50 cases PD patients were randomly and equally divided into observation group and control group. Both groups were given levodopa according to the international medication guiding principle for PD. The observation group was given Yishen Ningxin Fang while control group was treated by placebo for 12 weeks. PD sleep scale( PDSS),unified PD disease rating scale( UPDRS),non-motor symptoms scale( NMSS) of two groups were assessed at baseline and week 4,8,12.and the serum IL-2 level was determined at the same time. Results: There was no significant difference at baseline between the groups( P < 0. 05). At week 8 and 12,PDSS scores of the two groups were raised( P <0. 05),and PDSS scores of the observation group were superior to those of the control group( P < 0. 05). UPDRS scores of observation group at week 4,8,12 were superior to those at baseline in the observation group with statistical significance( P < 0. 05). At week 12,UPDRS scores in the observation group were superior to those in the control group with statistical significance( P < 0. 05). At week 12,NMSS scores in the observation group were superior to those at baseline in the observation group and the control group with statistical significance( P <0. 05). With the extension of treatment time,blood IL-2 level of the two groups gradually decreased,IL-2 level at each time point was superior to that at baseline with statistical significance( P < 0. 05); at week 12,IL-2 level in the observation group was superior to that in the control group with statistical significance( P < 0. 05).Conclusion: Yishen Ningxin Fang can improve the overall efficacy and non-motor symptoms of PD,especially sleep disorders; also,it has anti-inflammatory effect,and it may be related to down-regulated IL-2 level.更多还原
