【摘要】 目的:探讨血清钙卫蛋白(S100A8/A9)水平与类风湿关节炎(RA)疾病活动度的关系。方法:选取类风湿关节炎患者55例,健康志愿者25例,RA患者依据病情活动度分为活动组34例,缓解组21例。采用ELISA检测血清中钙卫蛋白水平,比较RA患者与健康者及RA活动组与缓解组间的血清钙卫蛋白水平差异,并分析RA患者血清钙卫蛋白水平与临床指标的相关性。结果:RA患者组血清钙卫蛋白水平高于健康对照组[(251.38±48.72)pg/mL vs(216.53±40.95)pg/mL,P<0.01];RA活动组血清钙卫蛋白水平高于缓解组[(278.75±37.80)pg/mL vs(207.07±26.77)pg/mL,P<0.01]。RA患者血清钙卫蛋白水平与血沉、C反应蛋白、血小板、免疫球蛋白G、疾病活动度指数28评分、肿胀关节计数、压痛关节计数呈正相关。结论:RA患者血清钙卫蛋白水平高于健康人,异常升高的血清钙卫蛋白水平DAS与RA患者的疾病活动度相关,可能成为评价疾病活动的指标之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the relationship between serum calprotectin(S100 A8/A9) and the activity of rheumatoid arthritis(RA). Methods: Fifty-five patients with RA and 25 healthy volunteers were enrolled in this study. The patients were assigned into two groups: active group(n = 34) and remission group(n = 21). Serum levels of calprotectin were measured by ELISA. The serum calprotectin levels of RA patients and healthy group, active group and remission group were compared. The correlations between serum protein level and clinical indices were also analyzed. Results: The level of serum calprotectin in RA patients was higher than that in healthy controls [(251.38± 48.72) pg/mL vs(216.53 ± 40.95) pg/mL, P <0.01)]; the level of serum calprotectin in active group was higher than that in remission group[(278.75 ± 37.80) pg/mL vs(207.07 ± 26.77) pg/mL, P<0.01]. The level of serum calprotectin in RA patients was positively correlated with ESR, C-reactive protein, platelet, immunoglobulin G, DAS28 score, swollen joint count and tender joint count. Conclusion: The level of serum calprotectin in RA patients is higher than that in healthy people. The abnormally elevated serum calprotectin level is associated with disease activity of RA patients, which may be one of the indicators to evaluate disease activity.更多还原
