【摘要】 目的:了解本院孟鲁司特钠(规格为4 mg/片)在门诊的使用情况,探讨其在低龄患儿中的应用规律和模式。方法:抽取本院门诊西药房2017年含有孟鲁司特钠的处方进行回顾分析,对用药剂量、治疗进展方面进行分类统计。结果:孟鲁司特钠的给药方式为口服给药,其处方日剂量(PDD)为4 mg,使用孟鲁司特钠的科室主要为内科,以2~5岁儿童居多,用药方案以联合一种药物为主且以联合支气管扩张剂居多,孟鲁司特钠主要用于治疗小儿支气管炎、气管炎、肺炎等疾病。结论:从药物流行病学角度考察了本院孟鲁司特钠在门诊的应用规律和模式,对确定孟鲁司特钠在低龄患儿中应用的安全性和有效性具有积极意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the regularity and pattern of utilization of montelukast sodium in low age children by analyzing the application of the drug( the amount is 4 mg per serving) in out-patient department of Tianjin Children’s Hospital,Methods:The prescriptions of montelukast sodium in outpatient department of Tianjin Children’s Hospital in 2017 were extracted by systematic sampling. Dosage and treatment progress were classified statistically. Results: Montelukast sodium was administrated orally and the prescribed daily dose( PDD) was 4 mg. Montelukast sodium was mainly prescribed by internal medicine and mostly used for children aged 2 to 5 years. The drug was generally co-administered with a bronchodilator. Montelukast sodium was mainly used for treating infantile bronchitis,trachitis,pneumonia. Conclusion: The regularity and pattern of utilization of montelukast sodium investigated by pharmacoepidemiology is positive significance to determine the safety and efficacy of the drug used in the young children.更多还原
