【摘要】 一方面,青年编辑需要与时俱进地加强政治理论、编辑相关专业知识、医学知识的学习;通过积极撰写学术论文,参加编辑业务大赛展现自我风采;加强新媒体技术的运用。另一方面,青年编辑还需要实时关注期刊的科学计量评价指标,分析当前期刊可能存在的问题,及时反馈给编辑部领导作决策分析。单位通过组织内部培训、给予青年编辑外出学习机会以及选培学科带头人等方式促进青年编辑的素质提升。更多还原

【Abstract】 According to the authors’ career experience and the training experience for young editors in their own units,the article discusses that on one hand,young editors need to keep pace with the times to study the knowledge including political theory,professional knowledge in editing work,medical knowledge;write academic articles,participate in the editing business competition to show themselves;and strengthen the application of new media technology.On the other hand,young editors also need to pay attention to the bibliometric indexes of periodicals,analyze the possible problems in the journal and feed back to the leadership for decision-making analysis in time.The units should organize internal training,send young editors go out for further study and set up academic leaders to promote the quality of young editors.更多还原
