【摘要】 目的:了解维持性血液透析(Maintenance Hemodialysis,MHD)患者残障接受度现状及影响因素。方法:采用一般情况调查表、残障接受度量表对天津某三甲医院血透室的251例MHD患者进行调查。结果:MHD患者残障接受度总分为(178.90±23.56)分,回归分析结果显示,年龄、家庭人均月收入、透析年限、婚姻状况是MHD患者残障接受度的影响因素(P<0.01)。结论:MHD患者残障接受度处于中等水平,建议医护人员从以上影响因素入手,制定合理护理干预措施来提高MHD患者的残障接受度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the current situation and its influential factors of disability acceptance among patients undergoing maintained hemodialysis. Methods: By convenience sampling, 251 patients were selected and investigated with general information questionnaire, acceptance of disability scale. Results: The total score of disability acceptance of patients was(178.90±23.56). The age, average family income, dialysis year and marital status were the influencing factors of the disability acceptance of patients(P<0.01). Conclusion: The level of disability acceptance was in the medium level among undergoing maintain hemodialysis. The medical staff can start with influencing factors and take effective measures to improve the level of disability acceptance of maintained hemodialysis patients.更多还原
