【摘要】 对首秦1号高炉(1200m~3)炉役后期重负荷生产实践进行了总结。1号高炉设计寿命10年,截至2016年6月30日,高炉已运行13年2个月,单位炉容产铁量9908t/m~3。在适当降低高炉冶炼强度前提下,通过采取改善原燃料结构性能、规整高炉炉型、合理的操作制度引导中心和边沿两股气流的合理分布、降低入炉碱负荷和锌负荷等措施,1号高炉实现连续42d焦炭负荷保持6.0和连续两个月燃料比低于500 kg/t,比2015年年均燃料比降低30 kg/t。更多还原

【Abstract】 It is summarized in the paper the heavy load production practice at post campaign of Shouqin Steel’s No. 1 BF(1200 m~3). With designed service life of 10 years, this furnace has been operating for 13 years and 2 months by June 30,2016, and its specific production capacity is 9 908 t/m~3. With smelting intensity appropriately weakened, the furnace achieves 6.0 coke load for successive 42 days, less than 500 kg/t fuel rate for 2 months(i. e. decreased by 30 kg/t compared with annual average fuel rate in 2015) after improving the structural property of the raw material and fuel, regulating BF profile, rationalizing the operation system for properly distributing the center and edge gas flow, and reducing the alkali load and zinc load charged into the furnace.更多还原
