飞机液压系统用TA18钛合金管材性能特殊性研究
Performance Specialty of TA18 Titanium Alloy Tube Used for Aircraft Hydraulic System
【摘要】 给出了收缩应变比(CSR)的测试原理及方法,研究了CSR与TA18钛合金管材织构、拉伸性能之间的关系。结果表明,TA18钛合金管材的织构越强,管材的CSR值也会越高。通过研究TA18钛合金管材在不同温度下的拉伸性能,发现随着温度的降低,TA18钛合金管材的强度、塑性均升高,这主要与其在不同温度下的塑性变形机制有关。TA18钛合金管材的CSR值与屈强比、伸长率成正比关系,提高管材的屈强比、伸长率可提高CSR值。通过对TA18钛合金管材的CSR值进行测定,可以反映管材径向和周向的变形性能,解决了管材径向和周向性能评价难题。
【Abstract】 The testing principle and method of contactitle strain ratio( CSR) is represented,and the relationship of CSR on texture intensity and tensile properties is inverstigated. The results show that the stronger the texture of TA18 titanium alloy tube,the higher the CSR value of tube will be. And the tensile strength and plasticity of TA18 titanium alloy tube would incrase with the decreasing of temperature,which is related to the mechanism of twinning during deformation. The CSR value of TA18 titanium alloy tube is directly proportional to the ratio of yield to strength and elongation. The radial and circumferential deformation properties of the TA18 titanium alloy tube can be reflectec by CSR measurement,and the difficult problem of evaluating the radial and circumferential properties can be solved.
