【摘要】 目的:比较s3与vdw预备系统在后牙弯曲根管预备的疗效情况。方法:选取本院106例接受根管治疗者患者,按照随机数表发将其分为两组,A组接受s3预备系统干预,B组接受vdw预备系统干预,每组53例患者(患齿);针对s3与vdw预备系统对后牙弯曲根管预备疗效进行对比分析。结果:根管预备时间A组患者为(18. 54±3. 14) min,B组患者为(13. 24±2. 97) min,A组时间较长,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。2组患者根充效果比较差别未见统计学意义(P> 0. 05)。其中A组的恰充率为92. 45%,B组为94. 34%。此外,A组患者根尖区、跟中段以及根管口的根管偏移水平均高于B组,差异均有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。研究中预备后A组患者主诉2级疼痛所占比例高于B组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05); 7天随访A组患者的0级疼痛患者比例低于B组,差异也有统计学意义,(P <0. 05); B组患者预备后和随访的0级疼痛患者比例分别达到了86. 79%和92. 45%。结论:vdw系统干预的患者根管预备时间短,虽然在根充效果上与s3未见差别,但根管偏移水平更低;此外患者疼痛感觉显著更低,预备后疼痛程度和治疗后随访的疼痛程度均满足临床要求。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To compare the curative effect of s3 and vdw preparation systems on the preparation of posterior curved root canals. Methods: Sixty-six patients admitted to our hospital were included in the study and all patients were confirmed to have undergone root canal therapy and were randomly divided into two groups,Group A received s3 preparatory system intervention,group B received vdw preparation system intervention,each group having 53 patients( disease); SPSS17. 0 statistical software package was used to analyze and process the data. The curative effect of posterior curved canal preparations was compared. Results: The root canal preparation time was( 18. 54 ± 3. 14) min in group A and( 13. 24 ± 2. 97) min in group B. The time in group A was longer,and the difference is statistically significant( P < 0. 05). The charge rate of group A was 92. 45%,and that of group B was94. 34%. In addition,compared with the root canal deviation degree of the two groups,the root canal deviation in the apical area,midhepatic area,and root canal in group A was higher than that in group B,and the difference is statistically significant( P < 0. 05). After the preparation,the proportion of patients complaining of grade 2 pain in group A was higher than that in group B,and the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). The proportion of grade 0 pain patients in group A was lower than that in group B after 7 days of follow-up,and the difference was also statistically significant.( P < 0. 05); the proportion of patients with grade 0 pain after preparation and followup in group B was 86. 79% and 92. 45%,respectively. Conclusions: Patients with vdw system intervention have a shorter root canal preparation time,although there is no difference of root filling compared with s3,the root canal deviation is lower; in addition,the patient’s pain perception is significantly lower,the degree of pain after preparation and follow-up after treatment meets the clinical requirements.更多还原
