【摘要】 以长春市宽城区为例,综合应用空间句法在学术研究和实践领域所使用的新算法,分析城市区域内不同性质中心的业态分布与路网之间的逻辑关系。结合实际情况,通过对街道网络和业态的定量定性分析,从店铺总量和业态种类,及其相关性3方面分别同空间参数进行分析,总结出区域中心业态分布的空间逻辑关系,为设计师和开发商提供投资建议,从而更好地把握功能的配置问题,提高使用效率。更多还原

【Abstract】 This essay applies the latest research results of space syntax and analyzes the structural logic of land-use composition as well as its correlation with spatial logic in district centers based on the case of Kuancheng district in Changchun City. A series of Quantitative and qualitative analyses are performed of the land-use in three aspects: the general spatial layout,the coupling effect of different categories and each category’s spatial feature. The results could make a contribution to the better understanding of the land-use structure and its spatial logic,offering designing suggestions to urban planners,architects as well as the investment advice to the developers.更多还原
