多交通方式竞争条件下高速铁路票价和票额综合优化研究

【摘要】 基于随机客流需求和多交通方式竞争条件下的旅客选择行为,研究高速铁路票价和票额的综合优化方法。考虑淡旺季需求和旅客选择行为的灵活定价是刺激市场需求和提高竞争优势的有效手段。票额分配是合理利用长短途票额资源的重要方法。本文构建高速铁路票价和票额的综合优化模型,并针对模型特点设计混合启发式算法进行求解。最后,以京沪高速铁路为对象进行案例分析,结果显示:与票价固定的票额分配方法相比,考虑旅客选择的灵活定价策略可显著提高铁路客票收益。本研究能够为高速铁路票价和票额综合优化提供理论和方法支撑,进而提高运输效益。

【Abstract】 Based on stochastic passenger demand and customer choice behavior under the condition of competition among multiple modes of transportation,this paper studied the integrated optimization method of highspeed railway ticket pricing and allocation.Flexible pricing,which considers off season and peak season demand and customer choice behavior,is adept in stimulating market demand and improving competitive advantage.Ticket allocation is an important method for reasonable utilization of long and short distance ticket resources.This paper put forward a model which can comprehensively optimize ticket price and ticket allocation,while designing a hybrid heuristic algorithm according to the characteristics of the model.Finally,a case study of Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway was carried out.The result shows that the flexible pricing strategy considering customer choice can significantly improve ticket revenue compared with the current ticket allocation method with fixed pricing.This study can provide the theoretical and methodological support for the integrated optimization of high-speed railway ticket pricing and allocation,thereby improving ticket revenue.
