【摘要】 分析了当前预应力混凝土梁的常用施工方法,并以此为基础提出了在小箱梁中使用横张预应力混凝土新技术。通过与预留管道后张拉的方法对比及理论分析,探讨横张预应力混凝土的特点。通过介绍一片箱梁的制作,对横张法施工的工艺、工法进行描述,提出了一整套横张小箱梁施工方法,并说明了制作横张法梁所需要的材料及设备,指出了横张法施工的关键步骤。最后通过理论与实际对比,以及新旧工艺施工难度对比,阐明了横张法施工的优势与不足。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper,the common construction methods at present of the prestressed concrete beams were analyzed.And on this basis,transverse-tensioning prestressed concrete new technology used in small box beam was proposed.By comparing with reserving pipe post-tensioning method and theoretical analysis,the characteristics of transverse-tensioning prestressed concrete were analyzed.By introducing the construction of a box beam,this paper described the process and method of the transverse-tensioning construction method and presented a complete set of construction methods of transverse-tensioning small box beam.Meanwhile,the materials and equipments required to make the transverse-tensioning beam were introduced,and key steps of the transverse-tensioning construction method were pointed out. Finally,with comparison between theory and practice,and between new and old process difficulties,advantages and disadvantages of transverse-tensioning construction method were illustrated.更多还原
