GMC-96B型钢轨打磨车恒低速牵引系统改进
Improvement of Constant Low-speed Traction System of GMC-96B Rail Grinding Wagon
【摘要】 分析GMC-96B型钢轨打磨车在打磨作业过程中存在的大坡度作业困难问题的原因。介绍将原有恒低速牵引系统由"2泵4马达"改为"4泵4马达"的改进方案,并对液压系统、冷却系统、电气控制系统及机械传动部分进行改进。通过现场试验,验证了技术方案的可行性。
【Abstract】 The article makes a cause analysis of difficulties in high slope operation during the grinding operation ofGMC-96 B rail grinding wagon.It introduces the scheme of changing the original"2 pumps and 4 motors"for theconstant low-speed traction system into"4 pumps and 4 motors".Besides,the hydraulic system,the cooling sys-tem,the electrical control system and the mechanical drive shall also be improved.The feasibility of such a technicalscheme has been proven by means of a field test.
