网格密度对制动盘温度场的计算精度和效率的影响

【摘要】 数值模拟计算中网格密度是影响计算精度和效率的因素。采用ADINA软件,针对制动盘表面温度场,在网格单元数300~4 500范围内,比较了网格密度对制动盘温度场的计算精度和效率的影响,结果表明:制动速度在50~160km/h条件下,随着单元数的增加,计算效率逐渐降低,计算精度在网格单元数超过1 000后没有明显提高;网格划分方法对计算效率也有影响,从圆周方向划分比半径方向更能提高计算效率,网格单元数在3 000~4 500范围内,速度50km/h条件下,二者计算时间最大差值是7.59%;网格密度影响计算精度的原因是单元数量改变了求解线性方程的数量而使计算结果与实际状况出现差异。

【Abstract】 Mesh density is a factor to affect the accuracy and efficiency of calculation in numerical simulation.For brake disk surface temperature field,the effect of the mesh density on the calculation accuracy and efficiency of the brake disc temperature field are compared in this paper by ADINA software when the number of mesh cells are in the range of 300-4 500,related results show that the calculation efficiency decreases gradually with the increase of the number of mesh cells,and the calculation accuracy does not increase significantly after the number of mesh cells exceed 1 000 under the condition of 50-160 km/h braking speed;Meshing methods also have an impact on calculation efficiency,it can improve the calculation efficiency better by dividing from the circumferential direction than the radial direction.The maximum difference is 7.59% between the two meshing methods when the number of mesh cells are in the range of 3 000-4 500 and the speed is 50 km/h.The reason is that mesh density influences the accuracy of calculation and the number of mesh cells change the number of solving linear equations,resulting in the calculation result is different from the actual situation.
