HX_D3C型电力机车辅助变流器控制原理及其复合型故障分析
Control Principle of HX_D3C AC Drive Locomotive Auxiliary Converter and its Complex Fault Analysis
【摘要】 介绍了HX_D3C型机车的特点及其在广铁集团公司的使用情况,针对一起辅助变流器复合型故障,分析了HX_D3C型机车辅助变流系统控制原理,基于对微机系统与辅助变流器以及辅助变流器内部整流与逆变控制之间的组合逻辑控制关系的分析,定性剖析了辅助变流器故障数据的故障项点特征,从而快速查找出故障所在,并提出了一系列改进措施。
【Abstract】 The features of HX_D3CAC drive locomotive and its application in Guangzhou Locomotive Department are introduced.Aiming at one of its Auxiliary converter complex faults,this paper analyzes the control theory of Auxiliary converter,and deduces the item features of failure data about it,thus fast to locate the fault.Based on the combination logic relationship between micro control system and Auxiliary converter as well as its interior converter and inverter system,the improvements are proposed to avoid the mistake in the future.
