【摘要】 CpG-DNA是一些具有免疫激活功能的以未甲基化的CpG基序为核心的DNA序列,能刺激多种免疫活性细胞,诱导机体天然免疫系统活化。本试验依据CpG-DNA的特性,经过合成和克隆的方法制备出32条CpG-DNA序列,通过淋巴细胞增殖试验筛选出4种对羊、小鼠淋巴细胞都有较强细胞增殖作用的序列,将淋巴细胞增殖试验选出的CpG进行动物安全性试验,结果均无毒副作用,为进一步开展CpG免疫增强剂免疫效力试验奠定了基础。更多还原

【Abstract】 CpG-DNA is the core of non-methylated DNA sequence. It has immune activation function,which can stimulate variety of immune cells,inducing the activation of the body’s natural immune system. According to the characteristics of CpG-DNA,32 CpG-DNA sequences were cloned and synthesized. These sequences were screened by the lymphocyte proliferation test,and find 4 kinds of sequences which have strong cell proliferation effect on the sheep and mice lymphocytes. The 4 kinds of sequences were used to carried out the animal safety test. The result showed that the 4 kinds of sequences do not have toxic and side effects. which laid a foundation for the immune efficacy test of CpG-DNA immune enhancer.更多还原
