【摘要】 血芙蓉为唇形科香科属植物,具有凉血止血、解毒消肿的功效。本研究采用色谱法对血芙蓉进行分离纯化,根据其物理、化学性质及光谱数据鉴定得到12个化合物:山奈酚(1)、山奈酚-3-O--D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(2)、山奈酚-3-O--D-吡喃葡萄糖芹糖苷(3)、山奈酚-3-O--芸香糖苷(4)、5,8-桥二氧麦角甾-6,22-双烯-3-醇(5)、6,7-二甲氧基香豆素(6)、棕榈酸--单甘油酯(7)、3,4-二羟基苯甲酸(8)、正二十六烷酸(9)、胡萝卜苷(10)、豆甾醇(11)、-谷甾醇(12)。其中,化合物2、3、4、5、7和8为首次从该植物中分离得到。本研究为血芙蓉研究提供一定参考,更为其将来进一步的开发与利用提供依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Teucrium viscidum Bl is a genus of lip family,which could stop bleeding,detoxification and and detumescence.12 compounds,kaempferol(1),kaempferol-3-O--D-glucopyranoside(2),kaempferol-3-O--D-glucopyranoside,apigenin(3),kaempferol-3-O--rutinoside(4),5,8-epidioxy-(22 E,24 R)-ergosta-6,22-dien-3-ol(5),6,7-dimethoxycoumarin(6),Hexadecanoic acid,2,3-dihydroxypropyl ester(7),3,4-di hydroxybenzoic acid(8),cerinic acid(9),daucosterol(10),stigmasterol(11),-sitosterol(12),have been isolated from T. viscidum Bl.The structures were identified by spectra analysis and physicochemical properties.Compounds 2,3,4,5,7,8 were isolated from T. viscidum Bl for the first time. Through this reserch,it not only provides a certain reference for the laboratory research of T. viscidum Bl,but also provides a clear theoretical basis for further development and utilization in the future.更多还原
