【Abstract】 Chinese and Western festivals have different origins,historical backgrounds,cultural implications,and celebrations. The traditional festival cultures contain social historical experience,traditional values,and social-cultural psychology that make us deeply understand their cltural connotation,objectively and systematicaly understand the nationality and uniqueness of Chinese and Western traditional festivals.
