【Abstract】 This paper introduces the proposition of creative economy and the experience of the government of the republic of Korea regarding it as a national policy, expounds the six major strategies of implementing creative economy of the republic of Korea. On the basis of analyzing the road of innovation-driven development in Jilin Province, this paper emphatically analyzes the enlightenment of creative economy to the innovation-driven development of Jilin Province. It points out that Jilin Province is in the critical period of responding to the national innovation-driven development strategy, drawing on the successful experience and beneficial practices of creative economy of the republic of Korea is helpful for Jilin Province to better implement the innovation-driven development strategy.更多还原
