钦州坭兴陶泥料工艺性能研究

【摘要】 笔者采集钦州坭兴陶地理标志保护区域的白泥与红泥,对泥料的线性收缩率及塑限等工艺性能进行实验测定。结果表明,不同矿藏地的白泥、红泥其线总收缩率各不相同,红泥线总收缩率总体比白泥要小些,也稳定一些;白泥与红泥按不同比例搭配后得到的二元泥料的线总收缩率各不相同。不同矿藏地的白泥与红泥的塑限各不相同;将白泥与红泥按不同比例组合成二元泥料后的塑限也各不相同,但二元组合泥料的塑限较高、较为稳定,塑性也较有保证。本研究结果可为坭兴陶企业筛选泥料及优化泥料配方提供科学依据。

【Abstract】 White mud and red mud were collected from the Nixing pottery geographical indication protection area in Qinzhou.The processing properties such as linear shrinkage and plastic limit of the clay were experimentally determined.The results show that the line total shrinkage rates of white mud and red mud in different mineral deposits are different,and the line total shrinkage rate of red mud is smaller and stable than that of white mud.The line total shrinkage rates of white mud and red mud combined into binary mud in different proportions are different.The plastic limits of white mud and red mud in different mineral deposits are different.The plastic limits of white mud and red mud combined into binary mud in different proportions are also different.However,the plastic limits of the binary combined mud are higher,more stable,and the plasticities are more guaranteed.The results can provide scientific basis for selecting and optimizing the mud formulation of Nixing pottery enterprises.
