利用废弃玻璃制备多孔透水材料及其性能研究

【摘要】 为了节约资源,减少环境污染,实现废弃玻璃的再利用,笔者设计了一种利用废弃玻璃制备多孔透水材料的方法。根据颗粒级配原理,采用相近粒径的玻璃颗粒通过堆积的方式自然成形,依靠玻璃在软化温度下自身具有粘结作用,从而形成稳定的骨架结构以及结构良好的连通孔和较大的孔隙率。结果表明,颗粒尺寸在20~40目的玻璃经过720℃、1h烧结后,吸水率为10.02%,显气孔率为19.63%,表观相对密度为2.19g·cm-3,容重为1.76g·cm-3,透水性能良好。

【Abstract】 In order to realize the reuse of waste glass,save resources and reduce environmental pollution,this paper designs a method for preparing porous permeable material by using waste glass.According to the principle of particle grading,the glass particles with similar particle sizes are naturally formed by accumulation,rely on the glass in the softening temperature has its bonding,thus forming a stable skeleton structure and a well-structured communication hole and a large porosity.The results show that the particle size of the glass with the range 20~40 after 720℃ for 1 hsintering,the absorption rate was 10.02%,the apparent porosity is 19.63%,the apparent relative density is 2.19 g·cm-3,the bulk density is 1.76 g·cm-3,and it has a good performance of permeable.
