【摘要】 目的观察拉莫三嗪治疗青少年癫痫合并抑郁障碍的临床疗效及其安全性。方法将80例青少年癫痫合并抑郁障碍患者随机分为对照组(40例)与治疗组(40例),对照组给予丙戊酸钠治疗,治疗组给予拉莫三嗪治疗,观察比较两组患者治疗前后的癫痫发作次数和汉密尔顿抑郁量表24项(HAMD-24)评分,以判定临床疗效并记录不良反应。结果治疗后,两组患者的癫痫控制情况均较治疗前明显改善,治疗组的总有效率为87.5%明显优于对照组的45.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,治疗组的汉密尔顿抑郁量表评分下降程度明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论拉莫三嗪治疗青少年癫痫合并抑郁障碍的效果理想,且安全性高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of lamotrigine in the treatment of epilepsy adolescents with depressive disorder. Methods The control group of 80 patients with depression disorders in adolescents with epilepsy were randomly divided(40 cases)and treatment group(40 cases),the control group was given treatment group was treated with sodium valproate,lamotrigine.The number of epileptic seizures before and after treatment and 24 items of Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD-24)were compared before and after treatment in the two groups to determine the clinical efficacy and record the adverse reactions. Results After treatment,seizure control were two groups were significantly improved,but the total efficiency is 87.5% higher than the control group,the treatment group was 45%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);and after treatment,Hamilton Depression Scale score decreased in the treatment group was significantly better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).
