【摘要】 目的研究尼麦角林治疗青少年癫痫伴偏头痛患者的临床疗效。方法将我院收治的60例青少年癫痫伴偏头痛患者按随机化原则分为治疗组和对照组,对照组仅服用常规抗癫痫药物治疗,治疗组在常规口服抗癫痫药物的基础上加用尼麦角林10mg,每天3次,两组均治疗4周为1疗程,疗程结束分别采用VAS疼痛评分量表进行评定治疗效果。结果经过为期4周1疗程治疗后,治疗组的总有效率为90.0%明显高于对照组的53.3%,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);而且治疗后,治疗组的VAS评分明显低于对照组,组间比较差异亦有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用尼麦角林治疗青少年癫痫伴偏头痛患者能显著改善头痛症状,减少癫痫的发作次数,提高治疗效果,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Research Nicergoline clinical curative effect for the treatment of adolescent epilepsy with migraine. Methods 60 cases of juvenile epilepsy with o migraine patients,based on the principles of Randomly divided into treatment group and control group,the treatment group on the basis of conventional oral antiepileptic drugs combined with nicergoline 10 mg tid;the control group conventional antiepileptic drugs,are all 4 weeks as a course.And before and after treatment respectively using Vas score. Results After 4 weeks after 1 course of treatment.The total effective rate of treatment group is higher than that of control group(90.0% vs.53.3%,P<0.05),the treatment group after treatment Vas scores were significantly lower than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Nicergoline not only can fully improve the juvenile epilepsy with clinical symptoms of all migraine sufferers,still can reduce clinical seizures,epilepsy and to improve curative effect.更多还原
