【摘要】 目的:观察中西医结合防治经尿道前列腺电切术(TURP)后膀胱痉挛的疗效。方法:选取150例良性前列腺增生患者,随机分为两组,所有患者均行TURP,对照组术后留置镇痛泵,常规冲洗治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上口服中药汤剂及红外线治疗。观察两组术后1~3 d膀胱痉挛的次数、持续时间、疼痛程度及膀胱持续冲洗时间。结果:观察组在膀胱痉挛次数、疼痛程度及痉挛持续时间均少于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组术后膀胱持续冲洗时间、留置尿管时间均短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。术后1个月,观察组在前列腺症状评分及生活质量评分方面均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);两组患者均未发生不良反应。结论:采用中西医结合方法防治TURP后膀胱痉挛效果显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the efficacy of combination of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine in the treatment of bladder spasm after transurethral resection of prostate. Methods 150 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia were randomly divided into 2 groups. All patients underwent transurethral resection of the prostate, The control group received postoperative analgesia pump and routine irrigation treatment, Treatment on the basis of the control group, oral Chinese medicine decoction and infrared treatment. The frequency, duration, degree of pain and duration of continuous bladder irrigation were observed in two groups after 1 ~ 3 d. Result The number of bladder spasm, the degree of pain and the duration of spasticity in the treatment group were less than those in the control group(P < 0.05), The continuous bladder irrigation time and indwelling catheter time in the treatment group were better than those in the control group(P < 0.05).
