【摘要】 目的:分析研讨盆底康复低频电刺激治疗对产后尿潴留的临床疗效。方法:随机从中山市小榄人民医院妇产科2016年3月至2017年7月收治的产后尿潴留产妇中,抽取100例纳入到研究中,用随机数字法分成两组,每组50例,对照组患者接受传统方式治疗,而观察组患者接受盆底康复低频电刺激治疗,观察比较治疗状况。结果:观察组患者治疗总有效率94.00%,高于对照组76.00%,组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在治疗产后尿潴留症状时给予盆底肌肉低频电刺激方式,效果突出,操作安全、简单,可重复进行,临床上值得借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze and discuss the clinical effects of pelvic fl oor rehabilitation with low frequency electrical stimulation for postpartum urinary retention. Methods 100 cases of women with postpartum urinary retention and who accepted treatments in our hospital from March 2016 to July 2017 were randomly included in the discussion, and were divided into two groups by random number method, with 50 cases in each group. The control group were received traditional treatment,while the study group were received pelvic floor rehabilitation with low frequency electrical stimulation. Then, the treatment status were observed and compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 94%, which was higher than that in the control group of 76%, and the data between the two groups were statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion In the treatment of postpartum urinary retention symptoms can be considered low frequency electrical stimulation of pelvic fl oor muscles, which the effects are outstanding,and operation is safe, simple and repeatable, thus it is worth promoting and applying.更多还原
