深圳南澳海域半叶马尾藻的金属元素富集特性分析

【摘要】 采用ICP-MS法对深圳南澳月亮湾海域半叶马尾藻及海水中14种金属元素含量进行分析测试,用富集系数表征富集能力.结果发现,半叶马尾藻对重金属元素具有极强的富集能力,其对As,Pb,Cd,Cr,Cu,Zn、Ni的富集总量高达201mg/kg;半叶马尾藻对各金属元素的富集能力有差异,其中富集能力最强的是As,富集能力较弱的是Se;半叶马尾藻对As,Cd,Fe的富集能力远大于对Zn和Pb的富集能力.

【Abstract】 The content of 14 metal elements in sargassum hemiphyllum from the seawater of Shenzhen Nanao Moon Bay is tested by using inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS). The enrichment capacity was characterized by enrichment coefficient. The results showed that sargassum hemiphyllum had stronger enrichment ability for heavy metal elements. The total amount of sargassum hemiphyllum enriched to As, Pb, Cd, Cr, Cu, Zn and Ni is 201 mg/kg. The enrichment ability of Sargassum hemiphyllum of various metal elements are different, the strongest enrichment ability is As, and the weaker is Se. Sargassum hemiphyllum on As, Cd, Fe accumulation capacity is far greater than the enrichment ability of Zn and Pb.
