24种《滇南本草》收录中药的体外抗MRSA活性研究
Study on in vitro antimicrobial activities of 24 traditional Chinese Medicine recorded in South Yunnan Medica
【摘要】 目的研究《滇南本草》收录的24种中药材对耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA)等17株病原菌的体外抗菌活性,初步探讨它们联合用药的抑菌效果。方法采用乙醇浸提法提取中药的有效成分,采用牛津杯扩散法对中药提取物的抗菌活性进行初筛,再通过二倍稀释法测定阳性药物及其联合用药的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)及最低杀菌浓度(MBC),通过部分抑菌浓度(FIC)指数评价联合用药的抑菌效果。结果 18种中药表现出不同程度的抑菌活性,其中石榴皮、黄芩、金银花、旋复花、丹参抑菌效果显著,石榴皮对所选所有指示菌均有抑制作用,MIC多为3. 125 mg·ml-1,联合用药后大部分均表现出协同相加的抑菌效果。结论《滇南本草》中蕴藏着丰富的抗菌中药资源,单用时石榴皮抗菌活性显著,联合用药时丹参与黄芩联用抗菌范围最广,抗菌效果最强,在抗感染新型药物研发中有一定的应用价值。
【Abstract】 Objective To study the antimicrobial activities against 17 pathogens including 6 MRSA of 24 TCM recorded in South Yunnan Medica. Methods 24 TCM were extracted by 75% ethanol. Antimicrobial activities were measured by the Oxford cup diffusion method. TCM with high activity were tested based on double dilution method to determine the MIC and MBC,and then the FIC indexes have been calculated to evaluate the effect of the drug combination. Results 18 TCM extracts showed antimicrobial activities in different degrees. Among the 18 TCM,Pomegranate Rind,Scutellaria Baicalensis,Fflos Lonicerae,Inula Britannica and salvia miltiorrhiza exhibited remarkable activities. While the pomegranate rind can inhibit all the test pathogen,and most of the MICs were 3. 125 mg · ml-1,moreover,the antimicrobial activities of drug combination were more effective. Conclusion TCMs which recorded in South Yunnan Medica are potential anti-infection agent,Pomegranate Rind and Scutellaria Baicalensis combinated with Salvia Miltiorrhiza,which with broad-spectrum antimicrobial activities could be further mined in the exploitation of anti-infective agents.
