复方鹅绒藤巴布贴剂的制备工艺研究
Optimized formulation of the Compound Cynanchum sibiricum Willd Hydrogel Patch
【摘要】 目的为了筛选复方鹅绒藤巴布贴剂基质材料的种类、用量和最优处方。方法利用单因素和正交设计实验进行筛选,以剥离强度、剥离性、黏度、涂展性、均匀性、初黏力、黏度值、剥离强度等为评价指标,最终筛选出巴布剂基质最佳配比;利用Franz扩散池装置以1h、6h、12h的累积渗透率为指标,对透皮促进剂氮酮和丙二醇的比例和用量进行筛选。结果巴布贴剂基质配比为NP-700:甘羟铝:浸膏:卡波姆=6:0.35:4:0.40;氮酮和丙二醇比例为1:1,总促透剂用量为5%时为最佳。结论以最佳配比和透皮促进剂方案制备的复方鹅绒藤巴布贴剂性能良好,制备工艺可行、可靠。
【Abstract】 Objective To screen the matrix material type,dosage and optimal formulation of the compound Cynanchum sibiricum willd Hydrogel Patch. Peel strength with the complex viscosity,spreadability and other key performance as the index. Methods Using the single factor and orthogonal design to evaluate peel strength,peelability,viscosity,cohesion,uniformity,initial viscosity,viscosity and peel strength were selected as the evaluation indexes,and finally the best proportion of cataplasm was selected; The ratio and amount of transdermal accelerator Azone and propylene glycol were screened by the cumulative permeability of1 h,6 h and 12 h using Franz diffusion pool device as an index. Results The optimal formulated was NP700 6 g,aluminum glycinate 0. 4 g,tartaric acid 0. 35 g,extract 4 g,glycerin 50 g; Azone and propylene glycol ratio of 1: 1,the total amount of penetration agent is 5% when the best. Conclusion The compound velvet rattan paste was prepared with the best ratio and transdermal accelerator. The preparation process was feasible and reliable.
