狼疮性肾炎生物标志物
Biomarkers in lupus nephritis
【摘要】 狼疮性肾炎(LN)是系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)最常见的脏器损害,肾脏受损程度直接影响SLE的疗效及预后。我们需要能正确反映肾脏受损程度、监测疾病活动性、判断疗效及预后的临床指标。近年来随着技术的进步和研究的深入,大量新型LN相关生物标志物出现。基因相关生物标志物可预测发生LN的可能性及预后,miRNA与LN的诊断、预后、临床指标、疾病活动性具有相关性,血及尿的蛋白分子(如MCP-1、NAGL、抗C1q、抗C3b抗体等)也有助于诊断、监测疾病活动性。
【Abstract】 Lupus nephritis( LN) is a common target organ damage of systemic lupus erythematosus( SLE),which will cause death and affect prognosis. We hope to find some markers to correctly reflect severity,disease activity,prognosis and relapse of LN in order to make a rational treatment.With the rapid progress of technology and research,many novel biomarkers for LN has been discovered in recent years. Genes can help us diagnose and evaluate prognosis. MiRNAs may reflect the disease activity,and some proteins such as MCP-1,NAGL,anti-C1 q,anti-C3 b,also help to diagnose and monitor the activity of disease. In this review,the recent biomarkers of LN were summarized.
