【摘要】 目的探讨心理治疗联合康复干预在嗜酒患者中的治疗效果。方法选择2015年6月—2017年12月入院治疗的嗜酒患者100例,根据治疗方案不同分为对照组(n=50)和观察组(n=50)。对照组采用常规方法治疗,观察组采用心理治疗联合康复干预,两组均进行1个月治疗,治疗完毕后对效果进行评估。采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)对两组治疗前、治疗后1个月焦虑、抑郁情况进行评估;记录并统计两组治疗前、治疗后1个月饮食依从性、锻炼依从性、定期检查依从性及生活习惯依从性情况进行评估,比较两组治疗效果。结果观察组治疗后1个月SAS、SDS评分,均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后1个月饮食、锻炼、定期检查及生活习惯依从性,均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论将心理治疗联合康复干预用于嗜酒患者中有助于消除患者内心的焦虑、抑郁心理,能提高治疗依从性,值得推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of psychotherapy combined with rehabilitation intervention in alcoholics. Methods 100 cases of alcoholics who were admitted to hospital from June 2015 to December 2017 were selected and divided into control group(n=50 cases) and observation group(n=50 cases) according to the treatment plan. The control group was treated by routine treatment. The observation group received psychotherapy combined with rehabilitation intervention. The two groups were treated for 1 months, and the effect was evaluated after treatment. Using the self rating Anxiety Scale(SAS) and self rating Depression Scale(SDS) were evaluated in two groups before and after treatment of depression, anxiety in 1 months; records and statistics of two groups before treatment, after 1 months of dietary compliance, exercise compliance, regular inspection in accordance with the from the life and habits of the compliance assessment, treatment effects were compared between the two groups. Results The SAS and SDS scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group at 1 months after treatment(P<0.05). The diet, exercise, regular examination and lifestyle compliance in the observation group were higher than those in the control group after 1 months(P<0.05). Conclusion Psychotherapy combined with rehabilitation intervention is helpful to eliminate anxiety and depression in patients with alcoholism and improve treatment compliance, which is worthy of popularization and application.更多还原
