【摘要】 目前国内外尚缺乏植入式静脉输液港临床应用指南,且各医疗单位使用科室、流程不尽相同,为此有必要建立一套输液港临床应用的共识,以期在共识的基础上形成规范。本多学科临床专家共识的制定主要基于临床实践总结和文献参考,力求内容完整和可操作性强,重点涉及合适患者选择、植入式静脉输液港的适应证与禁忌证、术前评估与检查、患者知情同意、关键手术操作流程与评估、并发症预防与处理、健康宣教及护理以及输液港取出等,以期为中心静脉通路安全和规范应用提供指导。更多还原

【Abstract】 Although implantable venous access port( IVAP) has been in clinical use for several years,there still exists lack of clinical guidelines in China and abroad. Different medical institutions use different procedures,and it is necessary to achieve consensus of IVAP clinical application to provide effective evidence on standardized treatment. This multidisciplinary consensus is based on clinical practice and literature review,with characteristics of integrality and operability.The consensus includes contents on patient selection,indications and contraindications of IVAP,preoperative assessment,informed consent,key operation procedures for implantation and withdrawing,complication prevention and management,port nursing and health education,which could provide guidance for safe and standardized clinical application.更多还原
