【摘要】 目的探讨放松疗法对脑卒中主要照顾者心理韧性及生存质量的影响。方法便利抽取120名脑卒中患者的主要照顾者随机分为两组,对照组给予常规方法,观察组在常规方法的基础上应用放松疗法进行干预。运用心理韧性量表和世界卫生组织生存质量测定量表简化版(WHOQOL-BRIEF)进行测定,比较两组干预后3个月、6个月得分情况。结果两组主要照顾者心理韧性总分,生存质量得分比较,观察组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论放松疗法能提高脑卒中主要照顾者的心理韧性及生存质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective The purpose of this study was to explore the effects of the relaxation treatment on psychometric properties and quality of life for main caregivers of patients.Methods A total of 120 caregivers of patients with initial stroke were selected and randomly divided into two groups.Compared with the control group( n = 60) which received routine nursing intervention,the intervention group( n = 60) received relaxation treatment on the basis of control group. The intervention effect of the intervention group was evaluated by using Psychometric Properties of Chinese version of CD-RISC and WHOQOL-BRIEF after 3 and 6 months. Results The analysis result showed that the scores of CD-RISC and WHOQOL-BRIEF of the intervention group were higher than those of the control group with obvious statistic difference( P < 0. 05) after 3 and 6 months ’intervention.Conclusion The relaxation treatment is able to improve the psychometric properties and quality of life of the main caregivers of patients with initial stroke.更多还原
